Samoset Resort - Rockport

Just spent three nights here for a friends wedding. As other reviews say, this resort is beautiful all around the grounds, the buildings, golf course, scenery. The staff in each area was fantastic; friendly, helpful and not stuffy at all which is sometimes the case at a place of this level. On top of all that, I can say that this had the BEST shower (temp/water pressure!!! of any hotel I’ve ever been to and I’m in hotels about 75 nights per year. Can’t wait to get back.

It’s a golf resort. S’mores every night, ice cream on weekends, two nature talks aimed at children. An escape for some and a wholesome retreat for children.Indoor pool was great. I desperately needed help with the business center. Front desk went out of their way to help. They were doing repairs with the roof and working hard to get it hinge back in order. More interesting food in the town that was nice.

We are here for the second time and had an enjoyable stay. Great pool, ok rooms and lackluster service.Rooms: Rooms are more motel style quality. Inexpensive linens and worn furniture

I went with my GF and boys. The view is gorgeous. The pool is beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to go back!! The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The amount of activities for all ages makes a weekend getaway with kids great!! Thank you to the manager and all staff at the front desk!

Gorgeous facility with incredible views! The restaurant was amazing too. Our room was really nice and we had a really great experience here.The crowd seemed to be older, so I wouldn’t recommend this for young children or young couples wanting a lively environment. Everything was peaceful and quiet. We highly enjoyed it!
