Taco Bell - Rockmart

This special Tacobell/KFC has been up and down for years, but the new GM seems like an excellent leader who really tries to bring them up again. The service was a bit rough tonight, but honestly she went over and beyond to make sure everything was good for my family. 4 stars for now because there is definitely room for improvement, but I can see that it is easy with the new guide in responsibility!

The lobby was closed, but I didn't know, but I drove a truck and went in and the lady told me it was closed. She saw my truck and said I think we can take your order because you can't go through the drive thru. This shows that this store trains its employees very well. And the food was better than any other Taco Bell where I was. Thank you to the young lady who took my job and was so polite. She sat me in accordance with the drive thru and took my order when it was my turn and gave me my order when it was my turn, with which I was okay because it was just right. This place is on its own.

Shouldn't be to surprised given it is Taco Bell, but when making a quesidilla the cheese should be melted. In this case the tortilla shell was crispy but the cheese was still shredded and cold like it just came out of the bag.

I ordered a steak quesadilla and a soft taco combo and my husband got the 2piece chicken with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. This is a taco bell KFC combo restaurant. My soft taco tortilla was not soft. It was cracking and crumbling to pieces. My husbandtook one bite if his mashed potatoes and said instant mashed potatoes tasted better than that. He didn't even touch thecoleslaw. Out of our meals we could only eat parts of it and had to throw the rest out. Waste of money.

Been having some issues a lot with one thing that I get from there, but as far as everything else goes it's on point and it's always been fresh. Edited to 1 star. The quality of this restaurant by far is the worst and I've been to the McDonald's acrossthe highway from it.
