Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rockmart

Honestly they lucky I can't give zero stars. No fries, mac and cheese, rice and beans smh. Food was cold, dry, and seems like it's been sitting there for hours. To top it off they forgot my drinks. $70 plus to the trash. Also I didn't want to recommend anything those are the things I don't recommend (everything)

Every time I come here, the staff is extremely slow and rude. They never seem to care about having any customer service and they took over 30 minutes to get our food to us. I’m not one to complain, but it’s never a good experience here with wait time.

Visited the drive thru for this location last night. I began my order, and before I could complete the order, I was told to pull around to the window to place my order. A young man greeted us at the window and took our order. It appeared that there was only two people working this location. We were told to pull into a parking spot until our order was brought out, and we did have to wait a decently long time to receive our food. The same young man that greeted us and placed our order with also brought the food out to us, and we asked him how many people were working. He confirmed that it was only him and one other person at the time. Despite the longer than usual wait for our food and the short staffing at the time, the young man had a great attitude during an obviously somewhat stressful time. This young man is a very hard and dedicated worker. I wish I had asked him what his name was just for the sake of clarity on this review. Whoever he is, he certainly deserves some recognition for his determination and the attitude he kept. You just do not see many hard workers like him anymore, and for that reason alone, this reflects my 5 star review. To that young man, thank you again. The food was also wonderful.

The staff here are hard working and always so sweet and accommodating! Plus the food is a great representation of Popeyes. Definitely a great option if you’re in Rockmart!

Every time I go, they have a reason they can’t take my order when I pulled up to the speaker. They asked me if I wanted to try the special for the day I said no thank you I wanted to order a family combo then they said their system was down so obviously they just didn’t wanna work so then I go to KFC on the way back. Another car is at the window getting their order so obviously employees are just lazy and don’t wanna make a family combo.
