Kfc - Rockmart

Absolutely love this place my food was fresh hot and tasty we always eat KFC because we chicken loved it was just a small wait, but it is worth stopping in Rockmart from KFC Taco Bell you want to be disappointed

Been here several times, I love KFC but this one is subpar. Chicken is hard, biscuits are very dry, cole slaw and mashed potatoes are good. Ice machine is always empty, condiment area is always messy, drink selection is minimal. I only come back because there's no other KFC around us and I keep hoping they'll get better. Staff is always polite so 1 star for food and 5 for staff, which is a 3 total.

I am giving it a one star only because the employee who brought our food was fast and sweet! However, the chicken was horrendous. My whole family wanted to throw up just looking at it. We ordered extra crispy. What they gave us was definitely not extra crispy. I would even go as far as them giving us undercooked chicken. This is the worst KFC location I have visited. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were hard. It was very disappointing!

Been there 3 times, won?t be a 4th. First time, 1 1/2 hours from close, they are out of extra crispy and wouldn?t make more because they?re fryers are off. Lazy. Second time, they said they don?t serve extra crispy anymore?. Huh? Ok, give me crispy strips. Strips had to be about 2 hours old and BREADED WITH ORIGINAL FLOUR! Third time, on my bike, the lobby is closed due to staffing. 4 people sitting around the drive through window. It?s not hard to wipe down tables and makesure the lobby is clean! I worked at KFC in HS as a cook. There were times when 3 people ran it. I could go in there right now and show them clowns up! Col Sanders would be furious.

Doordash Dont! 20 minute wait for order to be cancelled because they were out of something again. They only had two people working and completely ignored the lobby where they had people literally walking out and returning multiple times with incorrect food. Getting worse and worse each time I go. Will have to reject orders from here next time if it actually costs me to lose money because of their poor management.
