I ordered two drinks from the drive-thru and both of them were so far off the mark I was actually surprised. Pumpkin Spice Creme frappe with caramel drizzle to pumpkin latte, pumpkin cream chai latte to a plain chai tea. Got charged the wrong price, too. Someone save the girls who work there!
Friendly ambience, lots of seating, long bench table with small tables around perimeter. Full menu of coffee and tea drinks and food. Good place to work away from home or hang out.

The worst starbucks i've ever been to. drinks are consistently watered down and the customer service is absolutely atrocious. wait time is bad and people drive crazy in the parking lot. i've been actively warning people to not go to this location because it's the worst one in placer and sacramento county.
