Cha Cha's Cocina Mexicana - Rocklin

This must be the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. We had to order our drinks twice and they were wrong when they arrived almost 15 minutes later. Our food was okay, but my daughter was never given her Sunday, which was part of her child's meal. When we tried to pay the waiter noticed that we noticed a coupon for $10off a bill of $100 or more (Our bill was good over $100 with food and drinks), it took him over 20 minutes to bring our last review to us. At that time we were ready to go 2 hours after our arrival and had our chairs in standing with payment. The waiter left the final exam and did not return. We asked the host to be able to pay our bill, he said only the waiter can get us up. So we waited again, this time we went back to the host and asked for a manager to take us. When we told the manager what happened their answer was “Well, that happens when you use a voucher.” You have to **** me!

My man and I decided to try this place. when we arrived, there was a group of people who said they had waited about 15 minutes, although the place was not busy. there was no one who welcomed the customers. a dame (with zero personality or friendliness) showed herself and sat her, but never came back for us. we saw them walking around and cared for others. we wondered if she was the only one who works (she wasn't). she came forward and said she was back in a few minutes. we waited more than a few minutes. she came back and said she was back in a few minutes. we waited again. the same thing happened. another couple came in. when the woman from the other couple wandered around, they asked if we should just sit on ourselves. the lady said no.. she would be right back. Finally we sat and asked for our drinks (only soda and tee) and brought them quickly. then we waited for someone who takes our order and waited and waited. finally the dame comes back and takes our order. the real wait then started. we thought to go. about 45 minutes later we got our food. I don't think I've ever seen such a small enchilada (and no sose). there was a small part of the sea. the fried beans lubricated like pinkrita from a dose, only blow. The Carnitas-Taco was just fine. my man was also not impressed by his tacos and he hated the drills. the check and wait didn't take long. we will never go back. don't waste your time here. poor service. rude coworkers.

Slow service food arrived cold products served various as items for what you get, the prices are too high, the focus was on the drinks, not the food If I thought it would help, I would include details. During our visit, a person on the staff could not refer to the above questions. Seems to be business as usual

I wouldn't get Cha Cha back to ANYONE! Bad service, bad management, bad things. I had a birthday party there, spent over $700 for a party of 25. While the idea of having a party room is nice, they have me a $100 deposit that took me over a week to come back! No one came to us and said that was our host. We had to leave the waiter when we were ready to order. Then when the food finally came, almost an hour later, not all got their order. I was almost done with the food when the last person of my party got her food. The food was “okay”. I had better. We also had a bad encounter I won't reveal, but let's just say... Management has no class.
