Wendy's - Rockledge

Was just going through, I guess personal problems. 5 stars to the 3 associates work their back out. the fervent!

We used to shy away from this location because they were so slow. But we've been there several times the past months and they have sped up their service and the restaurant is very clean and nice

Formerly one of the worst Wendy's in the State of Florida. However, recent employees--such as one specific young man--have made a strong effort to turn it around and improve the service. You don't see young adults taking pride in their work very often these days, so give this location a chance.

I waited in the drive thru line 20 minutes only to get home and realize they never gave me back my debit card. Spent another 10 minutes in line to get it back. No one said I'm sorry or anything.

Ordered mobile order for inside pickup. Get there, all of the doors are locked. Have to sit in the drive thru line which I was specifically trying to avoid. Get home, the burger is undercooked and the chicken sandwich is as hard as a rock. I wouldn’t typically mind a pink burger, but seeing as how they can’t even remember to unlock the doors to the restaurant while they’re open, that’s not something I’m going to risk.
