Cosmos Ice Cream - Rockledge

I tried the mint chocolate chip, and it was simply fantastic!

I just don't understand... WHY isn't this ice cream available in every store from here to Bangkok and beyond? I've NEVER had bubble gum ice cream this creamy (you can actually see the difference when you scoop it) in my life. Plus, they offer a vegan option! I promise you've never tasted anything like it. I give it a perfect 10!

We stopped by this restaurant during a family vacation around 8 PM. They weren't officially open, but after a 20-minute detour, they were more than happy to help us out with some ice. I tried the black hole flavor, and honestly, it might be the best ice cream I've had in years.

I could eat this every day; it was incredibly fresh and delicious! It’s really neat to have windows where you can see the food being prepared, and there are stairs leading to the top of the bus where you can sit and enjoy an even better view.

Community Event Review: The food truck arrived more than half an hour late. We were the second stop and, after hearing so much about their incredible flavors, add-ins, and toppings, we were left feeling disappointed. Our only choices were a single scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream, both of which contained gluten. It felt like we didn't get anything worthwhile at all. What a frustrating experience!
