Up In Smoke Bbq - Rockland

I dined there for the first time, and it definitely won’t be the last! We tried the brisket and jerk, and both dishes were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving their food a try! It was the best brisket and jerk I’ve ever had!

This place is fantastic! I went for lunch today and ordered a delicious plate of BBQ. I had half a pound of brisket served over mac and cheese, along with a side of coleslaw. They also provided a cup of Kansas City BBQ sauce to enjoy with the meat. To wash it all down, I had a bottle of peach iced tea. With the tip included, my total was around $25, and I felt like I got a great amount of food for the price. It’s a shame they’re only open three days a week, but it's definitely worth taking the time to visit!

Best bbq outside of austin! they will not find a true style example of art on the east coast. amazing brisket, jerk is incredible, pulled swarm with the sortiment of home made sauce....Bliss...mustard sauce is my favorite. to get the baked beans, they are cooked with the brisket trimming.yaaaassss
