Little Caesars Pizza - Rockingham

I made my order over the Phone per usual) and went to go pick it up to only be surprised that the inside was closed meanwhile they're backed up to the road. The employee served One customer from the door but made everyone else get in the long linewhich was unfair she should have made him get in line also she mentioned to him she didn't want to be unfair but that's exactlywhat she did) I should have been informed when I made the order

Today was unacceptable and probably the last time I ever go to the Rockingham Store. I spent as much money on gas setting in the line as I did for the food. Fast food my butt. Maybe if you were a sloth or something. They have nothing ready and certainlynothing Hot. False advertising when they say Hot and Ready wrote everywhere in site and you end up waiting almost a hour. Noexcuses for incompetent leadership. Maybe if they would actually build a new store and in large everything including the parkinglot and drive through should be upgraded also.

Stood at the counter a little to long just to order. Was told 10 to 15 minutes for pizza. 35 minutes later walked out with my pizza.

The pizza was great, but they really need to sharpen their pizza cutters. We get pizza here once a week and it's never cut all the way through.

A decent pizza, sometimes fast, sometimes not. Can't best thr price.
