Caddy’s Chill Grill - Rockingham

The fried pickles were amazing and the burgers were unique but delicious. The service at this restaurant was excellent.

Our food took a long time to arrive, so we requested it to be packed in to-go boxes as soon as it came out of the kitchen. Despite ordering a well-cooked ribeye, I received a medium-cooked steak that was inedible. The loaded baked potato I ordered was filled with jalapeño peppers, which was not what I expected. I will not be returning to this restaurant and give it a negative rating. I wish I had read some reviews before coming, as it was the worst $50 I have ever spent. The restaurant is facing challenges in staying open, which is apparent in their operations. It is difficult to find good employees nowadays. The waitress provided excellent service, but they were unfortunately out of several food items. The dishes we did receive were decent in quality.

Staff good, facilities clean. Food serviceable. Disappointed items on menu are not being served anymore

Ended my relationship with caddys tonight. weekly customer 61.00 dinner for 2. service was just beyond bad 1 worked stayed in the office talking (i saw it myself) wasnt even given a napkin they took our order and served our food that is it they didnt return to the table. waited 20 minutes for our check empty tea glasses we werent offered desert which we planned to try the fried cheesecake. it was great the first 2 visits.. downhill ever since.
