This is my go-to taco bell, only because it's been in my neighborhood since I was a kid. It always has hot food, fast and the customer service has gotten better over the years. Some employees have a bit of an attitude but otherwise the food is given to you fast and hot.
Ive made multiple orders from this location through the app for veggie cravings items and when I pick them up they have meat in them. If you are a vegetarian I wouldn’t order from this location. I’ll reach out to corporate for a refund.
Full it was OK didn't like that I ordered the cinnamon crunches for dessert and they put them in the bag then put a bunch of sauce on top Which crush them made them into Chromes
I 'm not sure what 's going on lately but this location has gone downhill. I normally have not had any problems, but it feels like lately there 's some problem with my order and I 'm honestly tired of paying for something and not get it. Let me explain. The first few times there was something forgotten in my order and I didn 't realize it until I got home. Because of how late it was I didn 't go back until the next day to which I was told, There was nothing that could be done since I didn 't come back right away. Me being the passive person I am I was like. Okay no worries. It wasn 't expensive items and they 're only human. Then they started having issues with their Mobil order app on their end. Twice I had to order at the intercom. The first time they didn 't do anything for the inconvenience. And it was an inconvenience because one, it cost me more money, and two because some items are online only so I couldn 't even get them. The second time they gave me some coupons for free tacos and or a crunch wrap. Which I am grateful for. And now tonight we went and the girl didn 't mention at any point that they were out of certain sizes or anything. It wasn 't until it was brought up that she said they were out of larges. Which again, would not have been a problem had something been offered or I was at least told. Nor would I have minded if it wasn 't for the fact that I had to pay for a size upgrade. So unfortunately I 'll be taking my orders to another location where I have yet to experience any problems. To some this might come off as minuscule, but when it happens often enough it becomes an annoyance.
