Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rockford

It's a mystery to me why they even opened this place back. They need to shut it down and board it up. First of all you can't order at the drive thru. It's all smashed out. Last time they had drinks . But no ice. This time only water and lemonade. You can hardly ever get shrimp. Have the time they don't even have chicken. If they do its bone in. They have no sauces. . Please shut your doors. And be done with it. Outside light to the building doesn't even work. Looks like an old ghetto building.

This place has an amazing team of workers. I needed a catering order for My Daughter’s Baby Shower, and the manager here really helped Us out. The place was really busy, and the team kept it together. Even when a person was being disrespectful to them. I want to thank the whole team for coming through for My Family in a last minute big order. I will definitely be back, and letting all My Friends, and Family know where to go to for some excellent service, and chicken. Love this place

These guys always make the chicken sandwich fresh for me. Its always busy, but they do it anyway. Great chicken! Great onion rings! Big guy I think the manager, blue shirt was totally awesome when I was here. He even had insight about the donut shop next door. He really made my experience great! I would go back here just because of this guy, wish I would have got his name. Grat place, great employees!

Picked up food for my American Legion Post to take to the Veteran's Drop-in Center. This place replaced another that raised their prices to way more than we could afford. $170 for enough chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and bisquits to feed 25 Vets and have left enough for some of them to take home. And the Vets really loved it. We were pleased.

The food here is pretty great. I love the chicken sandwich. But other than that, the place is pretty rundowned, especially the drive thru. And don't get me started about the lot structure. Popeyes at this spot in particular is pretty decent but my biggest gripe is how difficult it is to enter and exit their lot. I wish they had an entry along Fairview but sadly it's just Estate. There's been several times I would have gone to them but the thought of trying to make a left to exit onto the busy street made me pick elsewhere.
