Pancho's Mexican Food - Rock Springs

Excellent bacon breakfast Burrito!! I added green chili, tomatoes and onions and it was delicious. My wife had chickens on her and it came out just as well. They are also huge; we save half for lunch! Excellent service and friendly staff.

Good roads tacos 24 hours a day. The guacamole is not guacamole, but thin green goo, but the salsas are fine, and beautiful, pickled carrots/jalapeños as with the Mexican taco trucks on the west coast. The crispy tacos are also good. I'm not a fan of the Burrito type offers, but good tacos and drinks all night... I'd rather do that than McDonald's night. They also have 24 hours of clean bathroom. Inside seat. The outdoor seats are beautiful on warm nights.

Don't let yourself be deterred from the fast food appearance! This place is just! There are really good different flavors in their food, plates are huge; I could hardly eat 2/3 of my part. I am really impressed by the quality of food. The trip to the rock springs is worth it. That's right. We came here all the way, just for Panchos.

Here on a recent trip to Rock Springs, portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and the dining area was clean. It was also convenient to the motel where we were (Country West). I have the chicken taco plate, Nabeby has the crushed beef plate. We could make 2 meals from 1 each. I especially liked that they did not spin on the salad, and they had a variety of salsa available. Not sure if we'll be next in Rock Springs, but if the day rolls, we'd definitely eat again at Pancho.

This was the carne asada fries burrito which was good. We also got the chicken chimichanga which was delicious.
