Theos is a charming coffee house that exudes a rustic vibe with its assortment of products. I stopped in on my way to Jumer’s Casino and was pleasantly surprised by its quaint, antiquated atmosphere. The place is filled with wooden furniture and vintage signs, adding to its character. They offer a standard selection of coffee options, along with some baked goods and a menu. I ordered a black coffee and found it to be good—not exceptional, but satisfactory. I had already eaten before coming, so I didn’t get a chance to try the food, but the menu looked appealing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even during a busy time. Overall, it’s a lovely little coffee house, and if I were a local, I would definitely frequent it. I really enjoyed the antique ambiance.

I had a great stop during my trip to Alaska! This place offers some unique and interesting coffee options. The walls are decorated with fun artwork and local history, which adds to the charm. I even took a picture of the ground because it was so cool! There’s a stage for live music, although no one was performing when I visited. It’s a perfect spot to live out your dreams of singing or playing an instrument when the place is quiet. After grabbing your coffee, take a stroll around the small city center to admire the adorable buildings, painted benches, and nearby rivers. It's a wonderful way to burn off those latte calories and stretch your legs!

A delightful local coffee shop! The breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. The iced coffee was perfectly strong, not watered down at all. The iced chai was packed with cinnamon flavor. It's a lovely, quiet spot to relax on a Saturday morning. We initially headed to the pancake place around the corner, but it was so crowded. We stumbled upon this gem and we couldn't be happier about it. I absolutely love this place!

I am a former employee of Theo's Java Club, worked there in 1999-2000. I've been through the pictures, and everything looks like it did at the time. A few new characters, windows, a new decor, and the same big coffee and food. I loved this place if I worked or you with my young child. I made many great friends and met so many wonderful people. Rhonda was my manager at the time and she taught me the secrets and wonders of coffee, from the best cuppa to the cold brew and how it produces the taste of coffee. The best time of my career.

When I say this is the cutest, coziest little coffee shop and diner, you best believe me that I’m not exaggerating! You can sit at the counter, you can sit in a booth, you can sit in a comfy armchair. You can count on friendly locals congregating as well as an extensive menu. The atmosphere of this place can’t be beat, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On top of all of that, my latte—the daily special—was phenomenal! I can’t recommend this place enough, whether for breakfast or lunch! Whenever I’m next in Moline, this is where you’ll be able to find me.
