Little Caesars - Rock Island

We chose the burnt ends brisket, Texas hot links, and half a rib for the meat. In my opinion, this establishment serves some of the best slow-cooked meat I've ever had. The brisket was exceptional, melting in your mouth, and the sausage links were incredibly flavorful, tender, and juicy. However, the ribs were a bit on the dry side; no matter how good the sauce was, it was difficult to taste the meat, so this area could use some improvement in cooking. Honestly, I would have rated them 4 stars because of this, but everything else was so fantastic, especially their variety of slow-cooked meats, that I felt compelled to give them 5 stars. The service was also excellent—very thoughtful and attentive. Thank you to the whole team for providing a truly great meal!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant, and it truly deserves much more business. The bartender was very friendly, and the quality of the food was top-notch. The prices were reasonable, and there were plenty of gluten-free options available. This was our first visit, but I can assure you that we'll be returning soon. The house Margarita is the best I've ever tasted!

This restaurant consistently offers delicious food and has a friendly staff. They have a great selection of taps, and I've never had to wait for a seat. We really enjoy having lunch here!
