Blue Square Cafe - Rock Island

Based on my experience, I believe that any restaurant near a casino is likely to serve great food. This particular spot is located right within the casino, alongside two other dining options. The waitress was extremely attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I ordered the Reuben sandwich on its own, and it was served to me in just a few minutes—steaming hot and absolutely delicious!

The staff is excellent, and the food is delicious! I always dine here whenever I stay at Bally's.

Was a slow night and still took them 30 minutes to get nachos, and chicken strip basket prepared. Then it wasn't very good at all. Do not recommend.

I ordered some chicken strips today. When the cashier asked me if I would like any dipping sauce, I asked if I could get some hot sauce on the side (this was a to-go order). Both she and the cooks were very accommodating. They prepared my chickenstrips with hot sauce in the breading. Let me tell you! This was the way! ???????????? Think Tyson?s Buffalo Hot Wings, butfreshly prepared. Thank You for a great experience! ????????????

My last three visits to the Blue Square Cafe have been incredibly frustrating. They clearly lack sufficient staff and cooks. There's always a long line of customers waiting to place carryout orders, so I decided to call in my order. However, when I arrived to pick it up, there were still nine people in line waiting to order. I approached the cashier and informed her that I had a phone order ready for pickup. To my surprise, she told me I would have to wait in line. I will not be spending any more of my money at this casino or restaurant. The management is very poor.
