Taco Bell - Rock Hill

Rarely do we eat Taco Bell but we were passing through on the way home and with two small kids, it was easy to get to from the interstate and our picky 6 year old will eat a quesadilla. We were surprised by the quality of food, which was far better than most fast food these days. Staff was friendly. The restrooms were clean. Thanks for making it an easy stop for travel weary families!

I literally order 80% more than I plan on eating in the hopes i will get 20% of what i want to eat any time. They are horrible i have tried all times of day and so many orders and they are always so wrong. Why do i keep.trying?! All i want is good taco bell!!!

I am honest when I give my reviews. I went through the drive thru and bought the family deal of 13 soft tacos for like 22 dollars and change. I got them home and there was very little meat in inside all of the 13 tacos. I know this is because of the price of inflation and you don't want to raise prices. I have to say serving loyal customers a less than satisfactory product is not how to do it. I am not posting this to talk down your business. I don't want replacement food or or a refund. I even called the listed number on google to talk to a manager. The screen on my phone says Columbia, SC on number and just hangs up and doesn't connect. I know I am only one person who you shorted on their food. You can say it's no big deal it's just one less customer. But in reality if this continues to happen customers won't be returning to taco bell. If you business slows down then owners will be closing locations and employees will be losing jobs.

DO NOT PULL TO MOBILE ORDER IF THEY ASK YOU TO IN THE LINEGot here and sat for 20 minutes because they had me pull around to mobile order.Had to go in and find out that they weren’t even making my order yet.I may change this later but for now one star

My favorite place to stop by for breakfast in the mornings. The location is very good, right off the interstate, and it is one of the cleanest locations that I have ever been to.
