Subway - Rock Hill

The smell of subway bread has healing powers for my body. Seriously, but they are consistently good. And the cookies are never dry. Love tuna. To be honest, the cold cuts sold out are not something I would pay in a restaurant sandwich. But that's me.

My wife is an ampute and today had a terrible experience with the staff. They were not mean or rude, but their food was wrong. She came home all the way to find out she had to go all the way back. Nobody apologized. No one asked what they could do to fix the situation. And no one offered help. The lady in the register made it very difficult for her to get her food. She has to wear armkrücken and it makes it difficult to reach over the counter, and the lady in the register was not to stretch or lean to make it easier. Overall very bad customer service. We're not going back to this place.

I wanted to go to the subway because I had a voucher and the Ultimate Meatball Sub had eaten. I said clearly what I wanted and which she still misunderstood. She offered to remake it, but there were a long number of people on her lunch. Unfortunately, I kept it. I won't return.

Good food. Okay service. No bad choice. There are also other sub-sites in the area.

There was an employee working in there game was Ashley and there was also two other employees in there started to make my sandwich put the meat on the bread and turned and walked away left my sub just sitting on the counter for a good 5 minutes while the other girl rang up the customers in front of me like how hard was it for her to just go ahead and finish making my food what is stage is going to leave it sitting there going to roll in the open and go in the back and talk to the other employee and then come out and get on your phone when I asked the other employee why does she do this she stated that we had a lot to clean up I guess she had to clean up her data on her phone I've never been treated like this at Subway before I definitely think there needs to be some management thank you have a great night
