Smoothie King - Rock Hill

This morning I order on line at 8 am and it said it was received and be ready at 8:33 am. I drove over and it was not open. An associate was out side waiting. I went to dollar general and came back. Still not open. I called other smoothie to see if I can get some help for her. Called corporate office left a message. Went back home. Said my order was ready.drove back up there. I love this this place!! Amazing customer service I love the people and great smoothies. My favorite smoothie king to come to

The staff here are amazing! Especially the manager. You leave feeling super special and your day is brighter. I wish I would have caught his name. 10/10 better than any other smoothie kind experience I have ever had. I have a special diet and food restrictions and I got the daily warrior and it was amazing. They even made sure to use a special allergen blender.

I’ve been here three times after a workout and order has been wrong every time. I just ask for no apple juice, and then watch them pour in apple juice. Then they cop an attitude when I tell them. Fail.

First, let may say I love Smoothie King! My favorite! But, not the point of this review. I was in the store around 2pm. One young lady making smoothies, one young man on the register. Easily 25 customers standing, waiting either to order or on their smoothie. During my 30 minute wait I watched this young lady hustle, thank every customer and apologize for the wait. EVERY CUSTOMER.
