Mcdonald's - Rock Hill

When it's comes to fast food, they have everyone else best by far!! Clean bathrooms and tables. Food has always been pretty decent also.

The ice cream machine actually worked, and the line in drive thru was really long but moved really quickly.

Early morning crew short-staffed and STILL hustling to take care of customers. Thank you!

Usually it's really fast when you're in the drive thru....and service is very friendly. BUT CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave, and pray you don't get asked to pull into a reserve spot. You feel forgotten, and it takes a while to get your food. As long as it's through the drive thru, and you check it's all there...it's great friendly service and good food..

Drive thru is literally the slowest, I just waited over 25 minutes when there was one car in front of me, they only started taking orders after someone continuously honked their horn behind me. I have waited multiple times for over 10 minutes, and the workers do not even greet you. There is rarely an employee who is actually friendly. I’ve come by around 10pm, mind it’s a 24hrs site, waited in line only to get up to the window to be told that it is doordash only. Which seems like someone decided this because a manager is not there. Overall, this specific mcdonald’s is trash and I recommend going to the one on cherry rd down the street where service is quick and the employees are actually nice.
