Mcdonalds - Rock Hill

Best McDonald's in Rock Hill. Fast service, friendly smiles, clean even on a busy day like yesterday. Once we got our food to the table we knew we were missing something but while in the process of trying to pass out our food so we could figure it out, they were ahead of us as here they came with the missing items. Congrats to the management and staff for their dedication. Great teamwork!!!

I just have to say they have the most friendly crew and best customer service at this location then any other McDonald's around. It's nice when you're pulling into the parking lot and a staff person waves at you because he's outside cleaning the parking lot. They are always willing to help you and make sure the order is correct. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thanks to great management and crew I appreciate everyone there great service indeed.

Although we don't frequent a lot of McDonald's, this was one of the nicest ones we've ever been in...greeted by management, great employees with fast service; kudos to this McDonald's!

I’m only giving Store a five star because Jamal Farrow had really great customer service and was very nice about everything. And my daughter enjoyed her M&M McFlurry. Since the McDonald’s on Cherry Road always says their ice cream machine is broke

The girl taking orders 2/11 around 4pm was super nice. I had a rough day and she really cheered me up. I know that’s not the purpose of the staff working at McDonald’s nor do I depend on random people to cheer me up or make my day better, but she did. Thank you guys for going above and beyond and hiring good people. This is why I love this location. Thank you guys so much again.
