Mcdonald's - Rock Hill

I gave this restaurant a five-star rating mainly because of Jamal Farrow's outstanding customer service. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plus, my daughter absolutely loved her meal!

The drive-thru was closed due to some system issues, but they offered shakes instead of ice cream. Given the situation, they did a great job. This is my favorite McDonald's in Rock Hill; the service and food are consistently good. On October 6, 2022, I placed my order at the kiosk. The staff was hardworking and cheerful, and I really enjoy the atmosphere here!

I frequently visit this restaurant in the evenings, and I want to give a shoutout to the woman working the third shift. Although I'm not sure of her name, she does an outstanding job. The line is often wrapped around the building, but she handles it like a pro every time. Thank you for the great service!

Placed a mobile order for the thru drive. The person (which had to take orders from the loudspeaker and at the same time the drive thru had to run windows and packing orders) was very nice and friendly. Everything was right and asked twice when I needed something. Pleasantly surprised with everything

As usual my standard me of two Big Macs and a medium fry did not disappoint. The fries are always so crispy and salted to perfection and nothing beats their specific Coca-Cola mixture. I love it. My only disappointment is the ice cream machine was broken when I came, but the young lady at the draft do window was super polite and really made my day.
