The restaurant decided to close the day, but do not disturb to contact us or cancel the reservation so that we were left without a dining room reservation in Easter afternoon.

That was the greatest disappointment. We made a reservation and only had to say that they no longer honor OpenTable reservations. But we could wait and see if we got a table. That was the first strike. After about 30 minutes we could sit and get menus. After waiting for another 15/20min we were ready to order drinks and apps. We came for a specific app. That was the only reason to return to this place. The pickled green tomatoes were great at our first visit. Still on all menus, but they didn't have them anymore. Second strike.... we thought to go, but after waiting we were hungry that we stayed. You have taken so many things from the menu. The pizza's gone now, some sandwiches are gone now. You can't find the real feeling of the situation. It's everywhere. We finally talked to 2 different managers and couldn't worry about our problems. The only person who offered every kind of care was the hostess. This is NOT winner in the Rock Hill area.

Restaurant no longer honor reservations from open table. We wanted to wait or go with everyone else.

We were looking forward to finally tasting this restaurant and it was a complete farewell! The food was terrible and the service was at best moderate. We understand current personnel shortage, but our server could have been more attentive. This restaurant is in a great location, but there is a lot of work that needs to be done to keep this place afloat. Don't waste your money.

We made reservations, showed up, and the restaurant was closed. Like no lights, closed.
