Firehouse Subs Celanese Road

Called in an order for New York Steamers and when my husband brought them home, instead of thinly sliced the pastrami was as thick and tough as an old door mat. The sandwiches were completely inedible. Will never get food from this location again. We have gotten awesome steamers once before at the Tega Cay Highway 160 location and it was such a disappointment to bite into sandwiches that were so awful. I?m not sure I could ever even order another one at any other location. Yuck.

Great! The employees were friendly and the HERO sandwich was delicious The place was clean and inviting.

It seems that my order was supposed to include only tomatoes and onions, but they added mayo and salad, which I definitely did not want! This has become a frequent issue for me. Unfortunately, I'm currently on the interstate and have no choice but to either eat this undesirable meal or throw it away.

The staff at this sandwich shop are incredibly friendly, and I had a wonderful experience there.
