The Crown Freehouse - Rochester

The only letdown was that my favorite dish, the lamb chops, have been removed from the menu. I used to always look forward to them. They have now been replaced with smoked haddock.

A lovely roast dinner, huge portions and all the accompaniments.

The waitress provided good service. The prawns in the appetizer were cold and lacked sauce, but overall the food was very good. The portion size of the meat pie was a bit small, though.

I really enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the warm staff that make this place so inviting. If I lived closer, I would frequent it more often. However, living in Dartford, I only come occasionally. Keep up the great standards, well done!
