Fantastic! Discovered this place by chance during a work trip. Seriously the best burger I have eaten in years, with a huge portion of delicious rosemary salted fries and a pot of cheese to die for. Thank god I don't live near here or I would be in every day. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The music was excessively loud, making it difficult to hear my parents, who were sitting across from me, without shouting. Although the burgers looked appealing, I learned the hard way that appearances can be deceiving. I ordered the chicken burger, and it turned out to be the blandest chicken I've ever tasted. The tenders were similarly tasteless. It seemed like the restaurant tried to mask the lack of flavor by piling on various toppings, including sauces, coleslaw, and even cucumber, but it all fell apart and was ultimately inedible. The “loaded” fries arrived cold and were barely dressed, while the halloumi fries were covered in a strange sticky sauce that ruined them. Overall, I found the food to be incredibly underwhelming; it looked great but tasted absolutely bland. The service was decent—drinks and food came out quickly, which might explain why the food was so disappointing. In the end, the nearly £70 bill for three people felt completely unreasonable and has left me unable to sleep at night. I would need to be paid to consider going back.

This was my first visit since the restaurant relocated to the other end of Rochester High Street. The new space is larger and designed in an industrial style, which unfortunately makes it quite noisy—definitely a different atmosphere compared to the previous café. The menu is still concise, featuring burgers, sides like poutine and mac and cheese, shakes, and various drinks, but it’s great to see that the quality and attention to detail are still impressive. On a sad note, I miss the food channel videos; they were fantastic.
