Life Cafe - Rochester Hills

Overall, this is a fantastic place. With three different water options, it's a perfect opportunity to unwind. Whether it's the pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, or just a hot shower to start the day off right, this place has it all. The staff is also excellent. Well done.

While it may be a bit pricey, the convenience and use of organic ingredients make it worth it. If you prefer mass-produced products with high sugars and additives, there are plenty of options down the road. My only gripe is that I don't like protein in my smoothies, so I wish the price would decrease if I opt out of it. Their meal times to go are what I appreciate the most - very convenient and comfortable.

The restaurant is overpriced and seems more focused on profit rather than customer health. I am frustrated by their new mask policy. It's unacceptable. Additionally, they charge a 2.5% fee for using credit cards to pay for monthly fees and activities. I have been a member for a short period of time, but I am not impressed.

Love Lifetime Fitness. Best gym I’ve ever worked out at. Love the range of classes, classes with personal trainers, pools (with water slides) my kids enjoy the classes for kids.

I wonder if the Café still has a huge roach problem? It was hard to come to work and watch your step because of the infestation (iHave the pics). Workers still served food that was outdated and unlabeled and the Manager literally put back outdated protein bars and supplements on the shelves to make a few extra dollars (have video of that too) I think I should just send my footage over to Channel 4. Other departments were ok but the Café isn’t a place iWould visit, especially feed my children at. We were told to use product that was old and just change labels to save the item. Bring sanitation wipes and a bag lunch if you plan to join this club. Just saying
