Cold Stone Creamery - Rochester

11/8/18 This was our first Cold Stone experience. There are so many different flavors and combinations that we had a very hard time figuring out what to order. It was fun to watch the ice cream creation being made as we watched. This is a very unique place to get ice cream. This was a fun event for the whole family. We only have one photo to add, which is of the Ice cream being mixed together!

On several occasions my family and I have gone at different times of the day. And they never have waffles available with the excuse that they don't have the mix to make the waffles. Another day I went again and they did not want to prepare a waffle with the excuse that there were 2 hours left before closing and making a waffle takes a long time. I am not the only person who has gone through the same situation because I have seen that the treatment is bad from the employee. If the store closes at 9, because at 6:30 they don't want to serve anyone and they don't want to make waffles? if they even have a waffle drawn on the store's logo.

Went to Cold Stone about 8pm last night..wanted ice cream cones. 3 employees..2 sitting out back on loading dock smoking. Ordered 2 cones...they dont have any cones..ok..ordered choc ice cream ...they didnt have any choc ice cream...ordered another flavor, asked for a napkin because the ice cream was all over the cardboard bowl...no napkins...they gave us hand towels out of the dispenser by the sink. None of employees wearing masks, no one washed their hands prior to fixing our bowls, the floors looked like they had cattle in the building. I just looked at my receipt, was in my billfold..we got a med dish and a large..were charged $5.50 for each...gotta assume one would be more than the other..maybe we were just charged for 2 large ?? Wont be going back..pretty sad !!

This dessert is a perfect peanut butter cup! It is always a delightful treat.

Troy did an excellent job of getting our orders just right! He was extremely pleasant and kind. We will definitely return when we are in the area.
