I live in Winona, we come to Rochester for a few different reasons time to time. Movies, concerts, shopping. One day we happened upon wanting to get a bite to eat after a movie at the Paragon, and found that Whistle Binkies was right across the road. Now it’s on my mind every time we are up in Rich. VERY GOOD FOOD! Never had a bad experience. Nice atmosphere. Kind employees. Clean environment. I love coming here!
It was exceptional food! Generous portions. I got the Irish stew, so good!
The Popcorn; usually a Sunday destination as they have lunch breakfast, which feeds everyone.......and my mom loves the 'Packer Room '
