Twigs Tavern Grille - Rochester

The food was quite good, but the service left much to be desired. We only saw our server long enough to place our order, as he never returned to check on us, refill our water glasses, or offer us a second drink. Another staff member attempted to bring us the check, and when we asked for a dessert menu instead, she didn’t come back. When we finally saw our server again after finishing our meal, he asked if we had paid yet. We explained that we were still waiting for the dessert menu. When he brought the check, he simply tossed it on the table and walked away. Throughout the entire meal, he must have only spoken to us a total of three times. This was particularly disappointing since we had made a reservation and specifically mentioned it was for our anniversary.

Every dining experience at Twigs has been outstanding over the years! Our server truly exceeded our expectations; he had a fantastic personality and was respectful, polite, and an overall wonderful young man.

Fantastic place for gluten-free options! The regular dishes were equally delicious.
