Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rochester

I absolutely love their smoothies. I've visited this place numerous times, and I've always been satisfied with my order.

During my last visit, I was disappointed to receive a cold flatbread with cold chicken. This time, I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich, but it didn’t even come with the bacon. I've had similar issues with the flatbreads before. It seems like there's often a rush, and every time the same staff member makes my food, I can count on it being incorrect. Additionally, she doesn’t seem to have a good attitude towards her job. There was also a customer in front of me who had to get a full refund for his order because it was completely wrong. I doubt they’ll respond to this review, as they never do.

Had a very nice lunch here the other day. Large facility with plenty of parking and seating. Busy location.

So Very Slow I understand taking care of online and pickup orders but when you walk in to patronize an establishment, you should be thrown at the front of the line. Waited almost 15 minutes for one single smoothie.

I visited the restaurant and met one of the employees, Parker. He was incredibly kind and assisted us with everything we needed! Without a doubt, he is the nicest Tropical Smoothie worker I have ever encountered. I highly recommend coming here for the fantastic service, and a special shout-out to Parker for being so awesome!
