Tim Hortons - Rochester

Avoid this dump. Went way out there as it was open when other Tims were closed... but don't bother. They are out of common items, no donuts, no Iced Caps, no sandwiches, no soup. Staff was so out of it, probably too busy on TikTok for me. Repeated my order 3 times and they still messed up.Only can hope they take hygiene and food prep more serious than doing their simple job. I got to Dunkin instead and I hate it... thats how bad Rochester Tims are.

This location is poorly ran the staff there is very rude it always smells like dirty mop water, the drive-through is torn up I can keep going on. You can?t even get a coffee Without wrecking your car or being given a bad attitude, as well as they don?t give you sleeves with your coffee, I specifically asked how come they don?t do this and it was told to me you have to ask for it. This location Truly needs to be revised as it comes to general management, because I live up the street and I rather go out of my way to a different Tim Hortons then to visit this location and it?s only five minutes away from my house. Not sure if Sam is the manager, but if so things strongly probably need to change.

Food is good (can?t go wrong with Timbits and I?m obsessed with their avocado toast), but service is consistently underwhelming on the weekends. Drive thru takes forever and they regularly forget part of your order if you?re ordering multiple things. Lately they have the front doors locked?so if you discover you?re missing something from your drive thru order, you have to get back in the long drive thru line or go without. Definitely not the place to stop if you?re in a rush. Check your drive thru order every time before pulling away from the window.

Coffee is pretty sweet. The sprinkle donut was good. Had to try this place since there are none on the west coast.

If I'm in the mood for Timmy's on my way to work in the mornings this is my usual go to location. Drive thru is always fast and accurate. Customer Service has definitely been getting better throughout the years. Keep up the wonderful job staff ??
