Taco Bell - Rochester

It's a taco bell. What else do you need? we fed in and the restaurant was very clean. they forgot an article on the order and were quick to correct the error when I asked politely. the food was quality taco bell müll, and I loved one as usual. Food: 5/5

Yesterday in my lunch break. ordered a fleshy 5 layer burrito and a taco and Cinamon twists! first the burrito was warm, it was badly wrapped and it looked crispy! it looked as if it had been sitting there! old tortilla what it tasted like not hot freshened. the taco was thrown into the paper, not even packed, ok it was open in the bag! and then the Cinamon Twists were with the sauce packages over always, these same sauce packages each touched without gloves, so I couldn't eat them! I took my lunch break to go there and until I got to work at the time and opened the bag I had only 10 minutes from my break! next time they go sick somewhere else.

Slowest drive thru they ever experience. no matter what time the drive thru is secured. I came to the order screen and waited a solid 5 min for someone to take my order. that was at 2 o'clock on Sunday. Food: 4/5

What a sweat this place has become. the service is extremely slow, waited for over 5 minutes on the running gear thru window only to serve in my order and longer to my food. it should get a big drink with my meal, but instead get a medium, and in addition they have the order completely wrong. I had to go back to get what I ordered. this time I went in and the restaurant was dirty and the service so slow. will not go back there!

Took my payment, then refused to make my order or refund me. Placed my order via the app then they reported they couldn't find it, even after showing them the order in their own app WITH THE CORRECT STORE ADDRESS. Staff was condescending. Will never come here again.
