Subway - Rochester

I visited the subway restaurant on 1-18-22 at 6:25 pm and encountered an employee named Madison who was working alone. Despite being busy with multiple customers, she handled my order efficiently and with great care. She deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication.

I always make it a point to try the local Subway in every city I visit, and this one exceeded my expectations.

I stopped by the restaurant on 3/31/22 at 3pm and the young lady working there was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, especially considering my handicap. She took my order and even carried it out to my truck for me. She made our subs exactly how we asked for them. This was the best customer service I've ever experienced at a Subway. I wish I knew her name.
