Snappy Stop - Rochester

These burgers are honestly fire…. Every time I am in Rochester, I gotta have a snappy burger

Not gonna lie...middle of the road burger joint, certainly not the best but not the worst either. What I liked: simple menu, burger was okay What I disliked: fries were soggy and greasy(more so than you would expect. The fries in my pic look good....thats not what I got...pale, limp, greasy). The Chocolate Malt....nope, not a malt, just a cup of Kemps ice cream. Lame-O. Kind of pricey for what you get and certainly not what I was expecting from a Rochester institution.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant for the first time! The food was incredibly delicious, prepared quickly and made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it - definitely a 10/10!

The customer service was lacking; I didn’t receive a total or a receipt, so I’ll have to check my bank statement later. I’m not really seeing what all the hype and high ratings are about. The burger was decent, and the bun was nice, but I think they could really improve by upgrading the quality of the burger meat. Also, having a computer manage the ordering window would likely provide more personality than the employee who assisted me. I truly believe this place has potential, but I’m unlikely to return. Sorry!

Wow! These classic old-fashioned burgers are incredible and affordably priced. The buns are delightfully soft, and the fries are always fresh and perfectly crispy. It's truly a hidden gem in Rochester. Just a heads up, there’s no dine-in option.
