Too many people in a very small place, everything very noisy

To start off, the food took over an hour to reach our table. My burrito was made incorrectly, and when I ordered a side of sour cream and salsa, I received ranch and salsa instead (each costing $2). I was not informed that there would be an extra charge for sides or sauces, especially when one was wrong. The bill included gratuity, which we were not aware of, resulting in our waitress receiving double the tip she deserved (46%). While I don't mind gratuity being added, not providing customers with an itemized receipt is suspicious. I used to love this place, but unfortunately, I may not be dining here again.

It was good food and a busy place which means good place to eat.

There was not enough food on the plate and it took about an hour for our food to be served. The restaurant was also quite noisy.

Went in a group of 6 last Friday, showed up at 11 and was told a 20 minute wait so we decided to just chat outside. Took 55 minutes to get us inside and seated and another 10 to be given water.Orders were taken about 35 minutes after arriving, food came out 1:20 after getting there. Mind you it was all egg based dishes and 1 French toast. The place was busy but tiny so how could it take that long is beyond me. With how small the restaurant is the place was deafening. Was almost yelling my order to the waitress. Waitress also messed our order up with the next table resulting in us taking on another $10 to our already $220 bill.A simple mimosa was $11, this place is a rip off. I ordered the RBH omelette which was about 3 eggs and maybe 2oz of ham inside. $17 for that. Will never go back their again what a scam
