Pontillo's Pizza Brighton - Rochester

Went to get an order for a customer thru a food-supplier app and when the arrival was said my order would be ready in six minutes. ten minutes later the order was placed in the many. each 1-2 min one of the young who work would open the many to check the pizza, and then the second young who works would open the many again after the first checked. pizzas cook faster when the pizza oven remains at the temperature. After waiting for another 7-8 minutes, with the pizza, which still looks pale as spirited, every time these two employees have opened the many, I finally had to drop the order. I also came about 2 minutes after the pick-up time that it would be ready to figure, but when I came there and was told me 6 minutes, I was okay with it, as I know it can be busy. but I have waited much longer than the estimated 6 min I was originally told. I don't care to wait, but I would rather honesty about the actual status of the order and for the hired, maybe to work on getting my order quickly if they know that I'm waiting there for this particular order.

Great little pizzeria very kind employees. Have always gone for lunch that is wonderful

Just ordered a pizza and some wings for dinner, awesome pie, wings were delicious! Delivery guy was courteous and polite, ty for a great quick dinner!
