Pizza Hut - Rochester

The pasta was quite disappointing. It was dry, lacked sufficient sauce, and was burnt around the edges. However, the pizza was fantastic. Update 01/03/22: On 12/09/21, I received a response from the owner requesting my contact information to make things right. I provided them with my contact details and a photo of the leftover pasta. Since then, I have not received any further communication.

I'm here once a week and it's al because she's the best pizza around!! I order through the app and my pizza is ALWAYS made on time and sizzling hot as I do with the perfect amount of toppings!! There's nothing better than a perfect pane and don't trust it so easy to find this city, so if you find the perfect place you're holding!

We absolutely love the pizza here! The stuffed crust is a favorite for both my family and me. The location is fantastic, but it's a bummer that the Canandaigua location has closed.

As we left our vehicle at home, a gust of wind blew my pizza right out of my hands. Pizzahütte was very gracious in offering us a replacement, although it did come out a bit burned. I appreciate their effort to accommodate us, and I didn’t want to cause any fuss, but I would have preferred the same attention to quality as with the previous cake.
