Philomina's - Rochester

Phil is an amazingly friendly and welcoming person and her food is astounding! Every order tastes rich and has that home made feel. I've also had the opportunity to take advantage of her catering service and can honestly say the quality is identical, the spares no effort and I couldn't be more pleased.

The food is incredible here and the service staff are some of the best. I do recommend having a family outing here if you're looking to have a great time with people you love.

Just had the best breakfast at the public market. Fresh, healthy ingredients, a filling portion, phenomenal! I had eggs, mixed vegetables with greens, delicious sauces, and a pancake-like thing as well. Philomena is so sweet and personable!

This food is amazing. The woman who owns it is the sweetest. I usually have no idea what the food she has and she makes up a bowl. If you go to the market on Saturday get food from her. It's so good!!!!!

Only, wow. eating here was absolutely delicious and the ladies served it was so friendly. I would like to see this place scaling in a restaurant because I think they would really do well. we have the vegan rice and the beans and the curtains with iron. super tasteful and delicious with a price that can not beat. $15 for 2 meal times) highly recommended to stop here when they are in the rustiest area!
