Perri's Pizzeria Pub - Rochester

I recently got divorced and moved to this area. I decided to go for a walk to explore and met some new people who invited me to join them at a bar restaurant. The workers there were all very friendly and I had a great time. If I had my own place, I would definitely hire them all. It's important for the owner to treat them well, as good employees are essential in the service industry. I had only planned to stay for a quick drink around 5pm, but ended up staying until closing time at 10pm. I had a great time and wanted to write this review right away. The bartender, Lori, was especially amazing and made my experience even better. I regret not acting on my feelings for her, as I was hesitant due to my recent divorce. Thank you Lori for showing me a good time and I wish we had taken a chance on each other. If things were different, I would treat her like a queen and make up for all the wasted years.

Beware of this restaurant's business practices! A coworker recounted a disturbing incident where an African American customer ordered beef pepperoni at Perri's and was given pork instead. When the customer requested a refund, the staff refused and even became aggressive. The situation escalated to the point where the customer was physically attacked by the restaurant's staff. To make matters worse, when the customer tried to leave in his truck, he was followed and his vehicle was damaged by the restaurant's employees. Despite calling the police for help, the situation was not properly resolved and the customer felt unfairly judged as the aggressor. It is disappointing to see such injustice and lack of accountability. I will definitely not be supporting this establishment.

It has been six months since they last delivered. I used to love this restaurant, but their service has been poor since 2022. How can you call yourself a pizza shop if you don't have a delivery driver on staff?

Honestly, a solid pizza joint. really great pizza and wings. teller is really good. I ordered several paintings and was consistently happy.
