If labor shortages are a concern, then Papa Murphy's needs to consider raising wages across the board. All locations in Rochester are notorious for taking an hour or more to complete orders placed in advance, particularly on weekends. I don’t fault the staff, as they were clearly working hard and sweating while trying to manage the demand.

I’ve noticed that this restaurant appears to be looking for staff, yet they never respond to applicants. I’ve submitted my application three times and have yet to hear back. Thank you, Crossroads and Norse Valley. It’s no wonder the service is lacking — poor hiring practices seem to be part of the problem.

Needs a good sweep and mop job as there is food and plastic wrap under the counter.

They got $10 pizzas every Tuesday. And it's a super good deal the only thing is trying to get a hold of them on the phone can be a hassle.
