Panera Bread - Rochester

I love Panera Bread! They offer a wide variety of delicious options, and everything is always fresh. I appreciate that I can mix and match items to suit my tastes. I typically order a sandwich along with a salad.

The sandwiches are low in fat and the bread is fluffy and fresh. The white and spinach bagel sandwich makes for a fantastic breakfast. The staff is also very friendly!

I understand that with fewer employees, it can be challenging to maintain standards, but cleanliness is a significant issue here. There were too many tables that hadn’t been cleaned, food on the floor, and the bathrooms were not in good condition. For me, cleanliness is my top priority when dining out. After that, I consider the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food comes last. I do want to highlight that the staff at this restaurant were very nice, and I appreciate their hard work!

We went to get food for a picnic. We love the chipotle chicken avocado melts! They were quick and we got to the park fast ready to eat. Sadly, half the toppings were missing from our sandwiches. We called when we realized their mistake and they were quick to apologize and offer free sandwiches for a future visit as we had already left. Sad about the mess up but they were great to deal with after addressing the issue :

The food is mediocre, the prices are high, and the service is terrible. The moment the staff member finished taking my money, they turned away from me with no further instructions and I thought 'ok, my bagels and fountain cups must becoming with my meal orders '. Nope. The meals came up but no drinks and no sides. No latte either. And no employees at the counter to ask where the other half of my order was. VERY frustrating!
