Mcdonald's - Rochester

Avoid this McDonald's! The fountain drink machine was broken for about a week. The staff doesn’t seem to know how to make McFlurries or Big Macs. When asked about menu items, they will cheerfully acknowledge your question but then completely ignore it.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and hardworking. The premises are always clean and well-organized. They also have a small reading area for children. The steak bagel is back for a limited time, and I have to admit, I never expected McDonald's steak to be top-notch, but I've become addicted to it! They also draw in local businesses every day. As for being child-friendly, they have a reading corner, a computer station, and an appealing display of toys for kids. Plus, there's convenient parking and even gas pumps, making it a great stop overall!

Cindy is a joy to be around; she's always so cheerful and makes you feel valued as a customer every time you visit.

My fries are cold because my food sat waiting for me for around 5 minutes while someone was walking through the drive through. Last I knew you can't be served that way. It slowed down the entire line. And it wasted a good chunk of my lunch break.
