When I arrived to check in for my dinner reservation, I was informed that the manager had closed the restaurant earlier in the day due to low customer traffic. I was staying at the hotel and had a hungry family with me, left without a dining option! The bar was still open, but the menu was extremely limited. Given the recent negative reviews, I was expecting much better. This experience left me very disappointed, and I am unlikely to return.

The burgers and service at the restaurant were excellent. However, getting to my room required using a freight elevator through a back tunnel near the maintenance area. The interior felt stale and dim, with broken escalators. The staff was friendly, but overall, the property is in need of significant repairs. I can only imagine how beautiful it was when it was part of the Radisson brand. Unfortunately, we no longer choose to stay there.

The elevators were out of order, the food was disappointing, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff. Overall, it felt like no one really cared about the experience.

I attended a work conference at this location, and it seemed like everyone there was also part of the conference. There was a general sense among the attendees that the place was slated for demolition afterward.

And the best Valentine's and the restaurant was before it was dismantled and taken over by you-know-who it was so much better before I love the rugs and the escalator and everything it is not well taken care of it has been run down just like everything else in Rochester that people have run down but people pretend to be the owners
