Excellent food and service! I ordered for pickup and was able to grab it easily through the drive-thru. The prices are very reasonable too. Absolutely amazing!

The staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. There was a sign on the door stating that customers must wear masks, yet all three employees behind the counter had their masks pulled down below their noses. This made me uncomfortable, especially since they were preparing my food without proper mask coverage. After some time, when my order was finally ready, they nearly forgot my mac and cheese side until I asked about it. Overall, it felt like they weren't focused on getting orders out efficiently. As for the food, it was decent—what you would expect from a chain. I ordered a medium turkey, bacon, and ranch sub, which was filling and tasty, although it was quite messy due to the generous amount of sauce. The mac and cheese was creamy and enjoyable. I hope they can improve their customer service, as the food itself was satisfactory. However, given my experience, I wouldn't rush back. In response to the owner's comment below: I understand the challenges of being short-staffed, and that has made me less concerned about the wait time than I was initially, especially since many restaurants are currently facing staffing difficulties.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was blown away by the amazing sub! I ordered the cheddar brisket based on the staff's recommendation. The place is clean and has a brand-new feel to it. I would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to listen to COVID news while having lunch—I'll definitely opt for takeout next time!

I really adore this restaurant! The food is amazing, and the staff are wonderful. I frequently visit for lunch and sometimes come for dinner on the weekends. Please don’t shut down! I truly hope you all remain busy.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for a sandwich, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery! This place serves the best subs in town, without a doubt! The subs are fantastic, and I can't imagine going to any other sub shop again. The restaurant was clean, organized, and tidy, and the staff was exceptional. Even the restroom was spotless. If you're looking for an incredible sub, look no further than Firehouse Subs on West Henrietta!
