Przekaż informację zwrotnąService is very poor I am a good customer but I'm not happy with the foul language that the girls employees are using in front of customers who are having a cup of coffee or donuts and relaxing it has been turned into the owner of Dunkin donuts on mt hope avenue wished that they would come over to the Mt hope Dunkin donuts and talk to the employees especially the girls . As acustomer I don't like to have to hear foul language all of the time. They lock the doors and say we are not serving any morecustomers. The foul language needs to be stopped asap or they will lose me as a customer
They locked the doors during work hours. They were still serving drive thru, but wouldn?t let customers in. I didn?t have time to wait in the congested line, but I had already ordered online. I saw my drink inside and pointed to it, but the employee justshook her head. I worked at Tim Hortons, and understand how hard the job can be, but this was incredibly rude and inappropriate.I paid for my drink and never got it. They also left multiple customers outdoors with no explanation.
My friend and I went in to order because the drive through line was out to the road. We both ordered a latte and the workers behind the counter started complaining that we ordered cream with it. She then proceeded to ask if we really wanted cream and weboth said yes and she went ?ewwwww?. Like it?s not your order sis it?s your job to make it and I didn?t ask for your personalopinion. It was so rude and pathetic. I would pick a different spot to get your coffee if you don?t want to be judged for yourorder.
Waited 20 mins in drive thru for my order. Upon arrival to the window, I asked employee what was taking so long she proceeded to say the staff forgot to make a sandwich for the customer at the window and that he was really slow at it. I than suggested nexttime it would be wise to tell the customer to drive around the front and they can have someone come bring it out once it done.She than tells me if I 'm going to be honest we do whatever we want here . I 've been a customer to dunkin for a long time andI will never come back to this one. If I could give zero stars i would. Not to mention my coffee and sandwich they gave mewasn 't what I ordered!
Attention Dunkin:::: the cups are horrble. Got another leaking one- AT THE BOTTOM!!!!! Everyone knows the morning rush is hectic but some people want their receipt. Dont just mumble 'have a nice day ' as you walk away from drive thru window.
