Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe went last night. Our food was good but our server looked dirty and was terrible. She never asked how our food was, and didn’t put in the right order for us to begin with. She didn’t bring us drink refills or anything. She did do a lot of standing around and talking to coworkers.
My mother and I went for breakfast on a Friday morning. We had to ask for napkins not realizing after a much longer wait they would bring some. Waited even longer to order drinks, ordered food at the same time. We both ordered egg dishes and we waited quite a bit for the food. We ordered Eggs Benedict that came with hash browns. The hash browns were dripping in grease making a small puddle on the plate. The English muffins were either microwaved way too long or were very old. Difficult to cut, tough to chew. Waitress never came back with drink refill or check. We went to cash register and she gave it to us there. We have been to Denny's off and on over the years and always enjoyed our meals. We will not be back.
Went in for breakfast with my family since most diners were closed and I will never ever go back.Lets talk about the appearance of the restaurant first.Floor is sticky..Booth was dirty..the plastic in between the booths was covered in hand prints.Apparently there servers aren't required to do sidework.All of the waitresses looked sloppy in their dresscode.Dirty aprons..untucked shirts ..looked like they rolled out of bed and came to work.It will be a miracle if everyone in there doesn't end up getting some version of covid after what I saw today. The food was overcooked ,greasy and pretty much thrown at us.I then had to get up and ask for silverware!We finally get the bill I go to check out and was never asked how my experience was ..she was running two registers at once.I look up to see a handwritten sign they are looking for help on all shifts. JUST CLOSE THE DOORS!
Extremely disappointed, never had bad service here before. food was terrible and made wrong, didn't get my coffee untill after I got my breakfast. I would have some sympathy if they were busy or short staffed but they weren't. It was slow and they had 3 or 4 waitresses. our waitress was walking around with ear buds in maybe that's why our order was wrong.
Terrible service people that came in ten minutes after us got there food before anyone else. (Our orders were taken before they even came in) My omelette was wrong. Hash browns were cold. And English muffin was burnt!!
