Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rochester

The staff is friendly and quite fast! portioning seems to be smaller, then I would be 1-2 years ago (precisely in general over all chipotle bige.) I always ask for more rice/bean and they never ask for more. try to ask for a Burrito shell with shell in the side!

This situation is really hit or miss. usually miss. when I try to have it delivered, they do not make sure that the right person will pick it up. it's stolen before he gets that pretty often. in person it's okay, kind of dirty and chaotic, but not the worst I saw. eating is in order (sometimes,) but they tend to heap on rice to avoid the good things. it is not so big of a problem in person, but they have no problem screwing them when it is a delivery. my advice is, just go to moes.

I have placed an order on the Chipotle website and it should be delivered around 19:12 clock. an hour later, when they finally arrived, they had commanded someone else in the bag with my name on it. I have tried every method there is to get help from anyone in this business or business and no one can ever help me. the most offered korp was to put a free burrito on my account, but could not help me get my actual order or repay me.

Very much to do, but their quality was still great. the customer service was as good as usual that the load was a little dirty. food: 4/5

The restaurant was extremely busy, but the quality of the food remained excellent. As always, the customer service was top-notch, although the store itself could have been cleaner. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
