Arby's - Rochester

The Rueben sandwich had a tangy nasty juice on it and the bread was soggy. EVERYTHING else was delicious.

I had ordered a 5 pcs jalapeno poppers, when the order arrived it only had 3 poppers and those were laying in the bottom of the bag and no box or anything that they could have fallen out of. also had 2 orders of curley fries, which was 1-1/2 not 2. roast beef was dry and hard. when you spend 40 bucks for Arby's you expect alot better than dry meat and poppers just thrown in the bottom of a bag.

The beef cheddar had 3/4 of a piece of beef on the sandwich and they did not send the cup of cheddar. This is not the first time they have messed up the order.

The fish was pretty good, and the roast beef sandwich was huge.

Everything was right and sandwich was good!
